 重庆轨道交通四号线一期工程土建六标工地调查报告 1. 工程概况

 工程简介

  重庆分公司承建重庆市轨道交通四号线一期工程土建六标黑石子 站(不含)~唐栋桥站(含)区间施工任务,标段位于重庆市江北区铁山坪街道太平冲村,沿海尔路布置,唐栋桥车站位于太平冲村委会正前方约 100m 处,标段起讫里程为:k23+839.775~k26+217.4,线路全长2377.63m。

 管段主要内容:本标段含一站一区间

 (1)标段所含区间起点里程k23+839.775,终点里程k26+090.2, 长约 2.25km,区间包含暗挖段、明挖段、路基段及高架桥段。区间隧道断面主要为单洞双线暗挖断面,隧道衬砌结构按新奥法原理设计,采用复合式衬砌结构,钻爆法施工;高架桥段主要路段位于市主干道、高速公路及施工区,宏观地貌为构造剥蚀丘陵区,上部结构标准梁主要采用双线及单线预应力混凝土简支箱梁,移动模架法现浇施工;标准桥墩采用独柱 Y 形墩,墩截面为矩形,墩高范围为 1m~25.3m。基础为群桩基础,标准墩桩基础选用φ1.2m 或φ1.5m 钻孔灌注桩。

 (2)标段所含车站为唐栋桥站,为轨道交通四号线与轨道交通十一号线(规划中)换乘车站,路侧高架岛式车站,中心里程为 k26+153.8, 总长约 126 m,总宽 23.8m。车站位于海尔路北侧,为 5 层四柱现浇框架结构。车站局部有地下室,放消防水池和变电所。地面层及地上二层 为商业预留层,地上三层为站厅层,地上四层为站台下层,地上五层为

 站台层。设置出入口天桥上跨海尔路,天桥全宽 6.0m,梁高 1.0m,跨度为 27.9+20m。

 根据现场实地调查,结合业主总体施工组织安排,管段计划开工时间为 2014 年 9 月 1 日,竣工时间为 2016 年 5 月 20 日,总工期为 627 日历天。

 项目合同总造价 23209 万元。

 技术标准

  本工程技术标准如下表:

 1.2.2 设计标准

 A A 与.高架桥有关数据

 (1)使用年限:桥梁主体结构使用年限为 100 年;钢结构防腐体系使用年限为 20 年。

 (2) 建筑限界:直线地段应满足最小线间距要求,曲线地段及岔线段按规定予以加宽,同时考虑桥上应为其它专业的管线、设备的设置预留位置。

 (3) 桥下净空:跨越城市主干道、一、二级公路不小于 5m;跨越城市次干道不小于 4.5m;跨越高速公路不小于 5m;跨越城市非机动车道不小于 3.0m。

 (4)正线数目及线间距:双线;标准段线间距 5.2m。

 (5)车型:车辆型式采用国标As 型车,列车编组为 6 辆。车辆最大轴重 150kN,最小轴重 80kN。

 (6)轨道:全线设计标准按一次铺设无缝线路,区间高架供电采用架空接触网方式。

 (7)最大设计时速:100km/h。

 (8)最大纵坡:35‰。

 (9)最小曲线半径:350m。

 (10)桥梁抗震设防烈度:桥梁抗震设防烈度为6 度,场地类别为I 类。地震力的作用,根据《重庆轨道交通四号线一期工程场地地震安全性评价报告》及现行国家标准《地铁设计规范》中的规定计算。按现行国家标准《地铁设计规范》本线高架桥抗震设防类别为B 类,抗震设防措施等级为 7 级。

 B B 与.地下结构有关数据

 (1)结构主要结构构件的设计使用年限为 100 年。(2)结构主要构件的安全等级为一级。

 (3)地下结构抗震设防分类为乙类,按 6 度地震烈度进行抗震验算, 按 7 度地震烈度采取抗震构造措施,抗震等级为三级。

 (4)地下结构中迎土面混凝土构件的环境类别为二 b 类,结构内部混凝土构件的环境类别为一类。

 (5)钢筋混凝土构件(不含临时构件)正截面的裂缝控制等级一般 为三级,即允许出现裂缝,裂缝宽度:迎水面不大于 0.2mm,其它部位不大于 0.3mm。

 (6)地下结构主要构件的耐火等级为一级..(7)建立沟通渠道的原则 1)两条单线隧道之间应设置一条通信通道,相邻两条通信通道之间的距离不应大于600米;;通信通道应设置平行和反向开启的甲级防火门。在区间线路的轨道旁设置逃生和救援的紧急通道,紧急通道的最小宽度不得小于550毫米。

 2)带中间墙的区间隧道,每隔300米设置两个相邻的门洞,在两个相邻的门洞处设置不同开启方向的单向甲级防火门。

 3)隧道内设置中间风井时,应在风井内或附近设置通向地面的防烟楼梯。
