中西礼仪文化的差异
【内容摘要】文化差异是指地方与不同地区的人的独特文化之间的差异和相似所造成的差异。从历史文化的角度来看，中西方文化从一开始到现在都有各自的特点。本文主要从礼仪的概念、礼仪等方面探讨中西文化的差异。

中國的筷子
在中国，人们主要使用筷子和勺子。筷子只有两根筷子，但人们可以用筷子吃各种各样的食物。在古代，筷子不仅是一种餐具，也是占卜的工具。
据《礼记》记载，先秦时期人们直接用手吃饭。后来，由于人们不能用手直接烧烤食物，竹子就成了烧烤和翻炒食物的工具。随着时间的推移，聪明的祖先逐渐学会了把竹子切成细条，这是筷子的最早形式。
西方的刀叉
