化肥配施生物有机肥对冷浸田土壤养分和水稻生长的影响


  摘 要:为研究生物有机肥在冷浸田中的应用效果,以杂交稻金优268为材料进行田间肥效试验,考察其对冷浸田土壤养分和水稻生长的影响。结果表明:与纯施化肥相比,冷浸田中配施20%生物有机肥(以N计),能够提升土壤养分,使土壤活性有机质增加11.9%;同时,可改善土壤菌群结构,使好气性细菌和放线菌的数量分别增加35%和8.6%;对水稻的生长发育也有一定的促进作用,表现为增加了水稻的有效分蘖数和叶绿素含量,提高了有效穗数和实粒数,使产量增加6.6%;总体应用效果较好。

  Effects of Chemical Fertilizers Applied with Biological Organic Fertilizer on Soil Nutrient and Rice Growth in Cold-Waterlogged Paddy

  Abstract:In order to study the application effect of biological organic fertilizer in cold-waterlogged paddy, a field trail with the hybrid rice Jinyou 268 as the material was conducted to investigate its impact on soil nutrients of cold waterlogged paddy and rice growth. The results showed that compared with chemical fertilizers only, chemical fertilizers applied with 20% of biological organic fertilizer could eich soil nutrients and raise active organic matter in soil by 11.9%. Meanwhile, microbial population structure was ameliorated, and the number of aerobic bacteria and actinomyces increased by 35% and 8.6%, respectively. It could also promote rice growth, which was indicated by the facts that the effective tiller number, chlorophyll content, effective panicle number as well as filled grain number increased, and the rice yield increased by 6.6%. The application was of good effects in general.

  冷浸田是南方稻区主要的地产田类型之一[1]。由于冷浸田土壤长期浸水,土壤环境不良,土壤矿化能力低,水、肥、气、热不协调,土壤微生物的数量和生化活性较一般水稻土低[2],有机质及全氮虽然含量较丰富,但有效养分释放慢,速效磷、钾在极缺范围,不利于水稻根系生长,导致稻苗返青迟、分蘖少,甚至坐蔸不长[3-4]。
  生物有机肥不仅含有作物所需的大量元素及中微量元素,还含有固氮、解磷、解钾等有益细菌,能改善土壤理化性质、提高土壤供肥能力,为植物创造良好的根际生态环境[5-7]。试验以杂交稻金优268为材料,探索了化肥和生物有机肥配施对冷浸田土壤及水稻生长的影响,以期为冷浸田的改良提供依据。
  1 材料与方法
  1.1 试验地点及供试材料
  试验于2014年在浏阳市镇头镇柏树村进行,土壤理化性状为:pH值5.6,有机质30.3 g/kg,全氮1.9 g/kg,全磷0.6 g/kg,全钾20.6 g/kg,碱解氮249 mg/kg,有效磷1.5 mg/kg,速效钾34 mg/kg。
  供试水稻品种为杂交稻金优268,供试生物有机肥BOF(湖南省春华生物科技有限公司),有机质≥45%,N+ P2O5+K2O≥5%。
  1.2 试验方法
  试验共设3个处理:处理1(CK),纯施化肥,施纯氮10 kg/667m2,N︰P2O5︰K2O=1︰0.5︰0.6;处理2,90%化肥+10%生物有机肥(以N计,10%BOF);处理3,80%化肥+20%生物有机肥(以N计,20%BOF)。每个处理重复3次,随机区组排列,小区面积30 m2(长6 m,宽5 m),处理间以小土埂相隔,埂宽0.2 m,梗高0.15 m(用薄膜包埂),试验区四周设保护行。各小区留一个进排水口,水沟宽0.3 m,筑一条水沟,沟深0.2 m,单灌单排,防止肥水串灌。
  所施化肥中,氮肥为尿素(含N 46%),磷肥为过磷酸钙(含P2O5 12%),钾肥为氯化钾(含K2O 60%)。磷肥做基肥一次性施用,氮肥和钾肥分基肥和追肥施用;氮肥60%基施,分蘖期和孕穗期各追施20%;钾肥基施50%,孕穗期追施50%。生物有机肥在翻耕时作基肥施入。栽培管理按常规方法进行。
