Reform of SDP Started
The reform of Separation of Dispensing from Prescription (SDP) in medical system in Beijing started on July 1st. Experts said that the key point of SDP reform is to improve the reform of supply mechanism of drug market. Coal Imports Surged

The draft revision for second reading of China’s budget law was submitted in late June. This revision removed amendments to ease restrictions on the issuing of bonds by local governments. Experts said that it shows central government’s strict attitude toward local debts.
