摘 要：分析了近几年来我国纺织工业形势变化及纺纱技术进步的发展趋势，并结合浙江纺纱行业的实际情况，对纺纱技术进步与产品升级方向作了探析。在产品升级上必须避开大路产品同质化竞争，着力开发好色纺纱、花式纱，天然动植物纤维混纺纱、家纺与装饰织物用纱，差别化功能性纱线及新型纺纱，并要做精做优各种针织用纱。在技术升级下要围绕减少劳动用工与提升产品质量档次，加快对传统纺纱设备更新改造步伐，使浙江纺纱行业的产品面貌与技术装备面貌有较大改观，劳动用工处于全国先进行列，增强市场竞争力。

Accelerating Technical Progress and Industrial Upgrading of Spinning
Equipment to Improve Enterprise Competitiveness

Abstract：This paper analyzes the situation changes of textile industry in China and the development trend of spinning technology progress in recent years， and combines actual conditions of Zhejiang spinning industry to investigate spinning technology progress and product upgrading direction. In the aspect of product upgrading， product homogeneity competition must be avoided. Meanwhile， it is required to develop colored spun yarn， textured yarn， natural animal/plant fiber blended yarn， yarn for home textile and decorative fabric， yarn with differential functions and new yarn. Besides， various kinds of yarns for knitting should be produced with high quality. With regard to technology upgrading， it is required to reduce labor force， improve product quality and grade， accelerate updating and reform of traditional spinning equipment， make products and technology of Zhejiang spinning industry improve greatly， make labor use rank top nationwide and enhance market competitiveness.

纺纱是整个纺织产业链的首道工序，纺纱的技术进步和产品升级，对整个纺织工业的进步与发展有着重要的影响。尤其是在当前纱线市场竞争加剧的大背景下，中国纺纱企业要提升竞争力，必须要加快关键设备更新改造，实现产品升级与减人增效。为此，中国棉纺织行业协会会同中国纺机器材协会，最近在山东淄博专门召开了全国纺纱设备技术升级研讨会，围绕纺纱行业技术升级的发展趋势，进行了深入的交流与研讨，取得了许多共识。
1 纺织行业近几年来的形势变化
自2011年以来我国纺织行业运行一直处于较困难的形势，集中表现在棉花减产，纱布生产量逐年下降，进出口疲软，行业景气指数低迷。
国内棉花产量从2011年的660万t下降到2015年的586万t，为适应国内棉纺织生产需要，国家每年要从国外进口大量棉花来填补缺口。
纱布产量逐年双下降，纱的产量从2011年的2 067万t下降到2015年的1 843万t，下降幅度达10.84%。布的产量从2011年的661亿万m下降到，至2015年的584亿万m，下降幅度达11.65%。浙江省与全国一样，由于加工成本高于国内中西部地区，故近几年来停产倒闭企业逐年增多，纱布产量下降幅度高于全国。
纱布出口增速放缓。2015年中国棉制品出口为88亿美元，比2014年下降8%，尤其对欧盟、日本及东盟国家出口分别下降13.0%、12.6%、7.0%。浙江省是国内纺织品出口重点省份之一，出口增速放缓，对浙江省出口纺织品带来较大的负面影响，并加大内需压力，导致市场竞争加剧。如浙江省不少企業生产的粘纤纱与喷气涡流纺纱，多数是织成针织品后出口的，近几年来因出口量显著下降，迫使企业减少生产量，造成企业经济效益明显下降，如不加快产品结构调整步伐，将对企业生产与效益影响更大。
